ATTENTION: Due to policies of the wholesaler that sells us Barbette Shoes we are not allowed to return shoes to them.  That means if our customer doesn't like the way the shoe fits or looks or any personal reason for not wanting the shoe,  we cannot return it.  Only if there is a factory defect to the shoe can we return it to the wholesaler. Therefore, please be aware that once you order the shoes they are yours. We can't take them back and refund your money. We know this puts us both at a huge disadvantage and we regret it, but we can't do anything about it!
